Now that we've embraced the start of a new month, let's dive into the mystical realm of creating healthy habits through a delightful step-by-step guide. Transitioning the occasional (inconsistent) healthy habit to a lifestyle you are excited to wake up for is TOUGH; it takes time, patience, and discipline, but I am convinced it doesn’t have to be so laborious.

I want to get you started, or if you’re already off to a great start (and your problem is consistency), then buckle up! Here is my comprehensive guide to creating and maintaining healthy habits! In this blog post, I will walk you through the step-by-step process of cultivating new habits that promote your well-being. From overcoming challenges to staying motivated, I have got you covered. Let's dive right in!

I’ve shared a bit of my testimony and personal experience with mental health in the past, but I promise that there is POWER in a simple morning routine. Okay, okay, you've made it this far and are loving it! You might be feeling a mixture of inspiration and nausea (apologies love) - I totally hear you. But don't worry, everything will be alright, just keep reading. As your new internet bestie, what kind of friend would I be if I only gave you sugar-coated advice without a little tough love? (If you know me IRL, I’m sure you're not the least bit surprised. LOL)

Now, here's the truth that you may not have been ready for...

Perhaps your inconsistency runs deeper than you realize. I am fully convinced that a lack of consistency is directly linked to how much you love yourself. Before you get defensive, hear me out.

When we consistently show up for ourselves and prioritize our well-being, it reflects in our actions and decisions. Self-love and self-respect lay the foundation for consistency in all aspects of life, including our goals and aspirations as entrepreneurs, as partners, as friends, as Christians, as whatever your fill-in-the-blank is. When we truly value ourselves, we are more likely to stay committed, focused, and dedicated to achieving success.

On the other hand, a lack of consistency often stems from a lack of self-love. We may find ourselves easily distracted or losing motivation because deep down, we may not believe that we deserve the success we are striving for. This internal conflict can manifest as inconsistency in our actions, behavior, and communication with those we love, ultimately hindering our progress.

So, my friend, it's time to confront this potential truth and dive deeper into nurturing your self-love. Recognize the value and worth you possess, and understand that consistent effort and dedication are not only signs of discipline, but also expressions of self-care.
